I think I'm going to give up and maybe fix ghe tags in some months when he forgets about it because he will not stop

"nintendo" is only for posts with the company's hardware, logo, and staff. It isn't meant to be used for every image based on every IP they own, so him removing that tag from those posts is correct.
The "loli" tag definitely applies to several of those posts. Some of the others borderline and I'd go either way, and our official policy on loli is that we prefer it to be overused on posts that it might not quite really belong on than underused on posts that it does.
fyi, the loli tag isn't based on actual age at all, so what age the artist was trying to portray them as is irrelevant. All that matters is what age they look like, regardless of actual age or the artist's style.

It that's the case, shouldn't it be in the Nintendo wiki entry? And also have the tag implications removed, since almost every nintendo franchise IS aliased to the nintendo tag.

The implication system is unfinished. We don't have a convenient way to manually add or remove them. The ones we have were either imported from Danbooru, or manually inserted into the database by the site owner during the testing phase.
