are genitalia an instant explicit? danbooru allows genitalia in their posts if its not "actiony" or is not blatantly exposed but im not sure the same is true for gelbooru. even though the howto:rate page here is almost a copy of danbooru's i've found that a lot of posts that are questionable on danbo are explicit here so im not sure what's going on

Tits are not genitalia. Exposed breasts is an automatic questionable unless something else in the image makes it explicit.

If the US enacts something like GDPR, we would probably implement account deletion.

I don't think we would use it as a punishment. Why delete an account when we can just lock the owner out of it like we already can?
