Not sure I understand.
If you want
tag1 OR tag2 AND NOT tag3
then it's
{tag1 ~ tag2} -tag3
If you want anything with tag1 OR tag2 OR anything without tag3 then you're going to get most of Gelbooru returned. Might as well put tag3 in your blacklist and try that.
If you want
tag1 OR tag2 AND NOT tag3
then it's
{tag1 ~ tag2} -tag3

I'll try to be clear:
I want pictures with tag1 (let's say "pov_crotch")
I also want pictures with the specific COMBO of tag2 and tag3 (say "close-up" AND "pussy").
Now what happens is that writing {pov_crotch ~ close-up pussy} ignores "close-up".

If I understand correctly you want tag1 OR (tag2 AND tag3) but you don't want the three tags at the same time ?
then there I don't think there is any way to do it right now.
However if you want tag1 OR (tag2 AND tag3) and you're also ok with having the three at the same time,
{tag1 ~ tag2} -{tag2 -tag3} -{tag3 -tag2} will do
Edit: so that would be {pov_crotch ~ close-up} -{close-up -pussy} -{pussy -close-up}
(but you'll also get results with the three of them, there isn't a lot of them anyway, but you'll never get results with 'pussy and not close-up' or 'close-up and not pussy'
