Deleting from Favorites
Posted on: 02/09/12 03:24PM

Is there some way to view your favorites as a pool, or something similar? I want to delete a large number of my favorites, but it keeps putting me back at page 1 after I delete something. Going back to the right page and deleting them one by one isn't even worth it. Just wondering if there's some way to make it easier that I don't know about.

As far as I know, using Pools is the best option. (best probably set as Personal if you don't want anyone messing with your favorites in the pool)

After a Pool is created is created: You type the tag in the Pool search box just like with normal searches to have posts with the typed tag(s) show (there might be a limit though with how many pictures will show when searching so it's best to use more descriptive tags like long_hair short_hair or the ratings)

The pictures you import are all on one page, there's no import limit as far as I know, and you can remove posts by clicking the post thumbnail while having the "delete mode" box checked.

As for favorites, you can click back after removing a post. Pools are quicker in a way though.

You can middle mouse click to remove favorites from your account. Most current browsers open the window in a new tab... RATHER you could, but somehow the code changed...

The code was updated to support middle clicking remove. It was fixed, but on a dev version I'm working on.

Oh sweet. It opens in a new tab, but the current tab stays on the right page so I can just keep going until I'm done. That makes it much easier.
Thanks!

I use pools for some stuff, but I mainly just favorite things that I like/want to remember, but don't know where to put them when I find them.
