Alright so this has been bothering me for a while, every time I search either after_sex or aftersex it autocorrects to one, I'm not sure which. the resulting search gives me only 2 results, I have nothing in my blacklist and my thresholds are -100. I don't understand why it's not working for me, does anyone else get this problem? If I go to the wiki and look up aftersex and press view more I can see them, but that prevents me from searching aftersex with any other tag. if anyone could suggest a work around or if they know if the problem is being fixed let me know.

And to help this be more of a sap story, aftersex/after_sex was one of my favorite tags ;( I hope this gets fixed soon.

Instead of pressing enter click on the search button, it should not autocorrect? Nothing is gonna get fixed anyway, this is a client problem.

This is not a client problem. It is a bug caused by the coexistance of Gelbooru's native alias system and the mass tagging tool.

Someone *cough*Yavie*cough* decided it would be a good idea to perform a mass edit to change after_sex into aftersex even though there was an aftersex -> after_sex alias in place. The result is that all of the results that were mass tagged disappeared from the search listing for both tags.

The only way to fix this is to manually go through all of the posts and change the tags back.

There are only two ways to do this. The first method is to get the post numbers of all the images that have been affected by the log generated when the mass edit was performed by the mass tagger. The other method is to use a Google search.

The remaining and ridiculous way would be to go through every image on the site separately. This would take quite a lot of time, since there are nearly 1.5 million posts to go through. This could be performed with an automatic action, but it would still take a long time.

is this problem the same with the soryu_asuka_langely tag?

Yes, it appears to be so.

Oh? Just remove the alias or change it around. The problem is with the alias system. As for the particular tags in question I changed the after_sex quite some time ago checking of a list that Shadowblade had made... in the case of soryu_asuka_langely I followed Daijin's suggestion that he made in another thread.

Mistakes happen... so lets fix that alias problem.
