No, for like the second time I get a blank white page with a prompt "You have reached your quota for comments today!", which I didn't know was a thing until recently. I spend more time making comments than hanging in the forum, so this does bother me.

I had that happen a few weeks back and I don't comment much at all. I'd made far less than 10 comments that day, so I think it may include forum replies?
I would be interested in knowing when it resets, but it didn't seem to happen at midnight.

The level system was only introduced a few months ago, and activity before it was introduced does not retroactively count toward the level system.
