Missing the forest for the trees? There's compression artifacts everywhere. In just the one in your first post, I can't find a single place on the image without JPEG artifacting.

Its the subject, not the artist that got it deleted. Who Framed Roger Rabbit is an American copyright.

We've said this many times, but we do not give exceptions to artists, only to individual images. Just because some of an artist's art has been allowed doesn't mean that all of their art will be allowed.
