That isn't really a Japanese art style, and the the artwork being based on a Japanese copyright is a much more important part of the rule than the art style anyway. Artwork by non-Japanese artists based on non-Japanese copyrights only rarely gets allowed.
Are uncensored variants not allowed if the resolution is smaller than the censored one?
I may have even missed that this was a decensor because of it. Another mod can restore it if they want but why did it have to be smaller and given compression artifacts? I think that could count as a poor edit. Not because of the work that went into it but because of the image quality itself.
I'm not Gelbooru staff, so this isn't them speaking, but your art simply isn't all that good. It may hurt to hear that, but it's the truth. I'm not saying that to be harsh, your art isn't horrible or anything, but it's not good yet either.
Gelbooru isn't a site for budding artists to post their art, so you need to find somewhere else. I recommend Pixiv: pixiv.net They allow that kind of art, and there's lots and lots of budding artists there among all the established ones. There are also plenty of artists on there that only speak English, so not knowing Japanese is not an issue. The site's UI is fully translated nowadays. They won't delete your art for quality reasons.
