I don't understand why you deleted that image. The Non-Japanese content thing makes no sense, there is millions of content that is Non-Japanese here in gelbooru. Also i posted 2 versions of the picture, (same author) basically same pic (showing breasts and pussy) and it didn't got deleted, so i think you didnt have to delete that post.

Looks like they were twitter versions of deviantart sourced posts.
We usually prefer dedicated art site versions over Twitter versions.

Pokepornlive.com (which currently redirects to Mobiusunleashed.com) is a paysite, and that image is not from the free area. An image being reposted to other websites does not change who the owner of the image is.
Of course you didn't "commission" the image. Paysite images generally aren't commissions. They're commercial productions.
