When I press upload it send me yo mail. I'm guessing its because I always upload dupes. I don't know how to check if what I'm uploading is already posted.... unless they tell me.

If you are sent to mail, it means you have unread messages. Please go through your messages.

Unread mail prevents you from doing any other actions on the site by design. They want you to read any messages from mods about things you're doing wrong before you continue posting. It can be a bit of a pain when a user sends you a mail while you're trying to post, but it's not a big deal.

There are multiple extensions for browsers that let you right click on an image and search saucenao, and other sites, to see if it's already been posted as well. I like this one for Chrome:

It's also handy to find the source of an image, so you can fill in that field when you're uploading. (Please do this, it's really annoying having to find the source and edit other people's images for them.)

Same here. There was a period where it was removed from the Chrome extension store for some reason. I had to back it up from an existing browser and manually add it to a new one, because it's so damn useful. Thankfully it came back to the store!
