Just getting a feel of things around here. Who is your favorite "Original Character Pornstar"? This is basically any original character (or "toon/avatar/etc." as it's called in MMOs) from any MMORPG - or any OC, period - whose owner has had any NSFW artwork of them commissioned - like yours truly ;). It can be one; it can be three; it can be ten.

To start, my favorites are Assumi, Magally, and Monara from World of WarCraft. Monara was the perfect blend of cute and lewd, and on top of their already enticing assets, Noname55 animates Assumi and Magally very well.
