I mistakenly post a video that have poor quality and unwanted Speed up and i want to delete this post but I try many times but it's not deleted at all

You can't delete your own posts here. You can flag them and give a reason for staff to delete it. If they agree they will delete it.
If you posted a bad version. Upload the better version of the video and flag the previous post, on the reason mention the id of the newer post and that the newer is the superior version. If they agree the post will be deleted.
Also your profile pic is nsfw.

Yeah OP NSFW profile pics aren't allowed. That's why it got deleted and refreshed back into the default photo.
