I'm trying to map this out in my head... the red building is the SDM obviously, the plate is the misty lake I suppose, the Hakurei Shrine is below by Reimu, the building to the left would be the human village I'd guess (and would that be the Holy Palanquin next to it?), Eientei is surrounded by the green cylinders (bamboo I'd assume), in the Forest of Magic would be Alice and Marisa's houses, and to the right...

My guess is Hogyouroku or however it's spelled and below it the Moriya Shrine... the arrangement seems pretty accurate :D
