Still amazes that even after a -109 RAMMED a -17, they still didn't bring it down.

It is actually the B-17G before the monochrome edition was ordered by the US air force from Boeing. The only B-17's that had the olive paint job was the B-17E (Early and Late) and B-17G (before the monochrome).
