The Canon story lines like this:
200X Megaman
21XX Megaman X
Megaman Zero takes place 100 to 300 years after X
Megaman ZX takes place about 100 years after Zero
And Megaman Legends takes place 1000 (One Thousand...I typed it out so you all know it's no typo), after the events of ZX.

Or something like that.

All the Megaman games are Canon to each other besides the .EXE series and Starforce and whatever.

It goes over the span of 1500-1800 years since Legends

Your timeline is spot on except for one fact.

EXE is an parallel of Classic Megaman. It's a "What if" World were Dr. Thomas Light went into programming instead of robotics. Starforce such afterwards are the equivalents to X and onwards, just not with centuries between them.
