His head isn't out of proportion; his muscles are just huge making his head look small. This picture is AMAZING, it looks like goku is about to unleash a can of whoopa$$ on somebody.

Training under 100x gravity, a Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and in Afterlife Fighting Tournaments is all well and good, but sometimes you just gotta get back down to earth and roid out.
