It is, Anon4, it's the 25mm Grenade Machine Gun from New Vegas. I'm honestly not sure what variant of power armor the character's wearing; even Enclave armor isn't THAT blocky. I guess they were going for Enclave Remnants armor because of the huge mass of metal surrounding the helmet, but whatever. Good art!

I haven't even played warhammer but i still know the reference being here with them Space Marine shoulders and lego block feet.

Hey guys, it's enclave armor mk1 with ranger gas mask and grenade machine gun. Whoevers said it ain't enclave armor is a retard, why else would former enclave troopers use it? And actual enclave troopers ARE seen using it in fallout 2, the model in fallout 3 is mk2 model of advanced power armor. Get your facts straight
