Is this a crossover pic? It looks like Alucard in the back ground.

Alucard is in the back and Archer From Fate Stay/Night in the front.
since they both control eternal phantasms this would be an awesome Vs match

if this were a Vs match it would be rather one sided since one of the competitors can't die

In all truth Alucard can die he stated that him self in the last issue of the manga that he spent a number of years killing off his other lives all the lives of the people he had devoured to where he had just one life left . But that one life had the greatest power of all so now he is truly immortal because of that one power . I think that is right i could have misunderstood what he meant by saying that he killed all his other lives but one.

Yeah, essentially he absorbed millions of souls over the years, and every single one counts as his lives. So in order to find Schrodinger's soul, he killed all the rest, but like you said, he is now truly immortal, having taken Schrodinger's power.

which means he technically couldn't be summoned as a Servant. Remember, Servants are Spirits that have DIED.

Sure, somone could summon Vlad Tepes, as, techinically, he died the day Dracula was born, but Alucard would be outside their reach.

Also, apparently someone HAS summoned the Impaling Prince, he's an enemy Servant in Fate/Extra, where Archer makes a Cameo, although Saber is actually a new character (Emperor Nero)

So to reiterate, while Alucard cannot be summoned as a Servant, that doesn't stop him from having access to a Noble Phantasm (I mean, he even as an activation aria: The bird of Hermes is my Name. Eating my wings to make me tame.)

After all, if Dead Apostles can have them, why not the No-Life King?

Also, would Alucard qualify as a Dead Apostle Ancestor? I know there's technically already a 'night of Wallachia', but seeing as Alucard IS a No-Life-King, and tha tatari simply uses that title, maybe he's the ORIGINAL 'Knight of Wallachia'.

Pre-Schrodinger Alucard is basically Nrvnqsr witout limits, being able to om nom on anything.

Schrodinger-Alucard is more or less a phenominon like wallachia.

Can Shiki kill him?
Sure.
If he can make a path through 30,000 + familiars

keep in mind he nearly died when fighting Nero's beasts, Alucard eats people and animals trained soldiers no less, So shinki would potentially be fucked.

Tl;dr Shiki has the potential to kill Alucard but not the initial ability health or strength to pull it off.

Completely unrelated to the debate:

This pic looks both badass and epic.
