Can someone explain what this is? I did an image search and found Warioware DIY with hentai minigames. All the web pages were in Japanese and I can't find a reference to it in English anywhere.

It's from Warioware DIY a DS game where you make your own minigames, obviously someone drew this picture in the game, hence the pixel art. It probably involved clicking to remove clothing, the games in DIY don't get all too technical.
