so the picture was drawn and probably also colored by hand.
afterwards added some kind of vector graphic lines to make it looks more
like a HD picture. the scetch was drawn with a ordinary pencil not a mechanical pencil. the grading is something between HB and B2 I belive. then the artist added some effects via photoshop. like the reflection on the blade or her eyes...
that sure is a lot of work.
