What are you talking about PrevAnon? The only similarity I see is the tail. Besides that, there's nothing else. The shape of the head is different, Mewtwo's ears aren't those huge bat-thing or whatever ears, he doesn't have eyebrows, his body isn't that tiny or slim all the way down, his hands are three-fingered with little balls for fingertips and his feet are large and his eyes are different. There's also that thing that protrudes from his back and connects directly into his skull.

What is this resemblance you speak of?
