I think we need to distinguish between the ability to have an orgasm (which can occur at any age) and being able to produce sperm (which can only happen at puberty).

^ Yup, they are very different. I had my first orgasm from masturbation when I was 12, but nothing came out and I wasn't sure if it was an actual orgasm or not. It took another six months for me to start ejaculating in any appreciable amount.

Which kind of was a bummer because up until then I'd been enjoying orgasms without having to clean anything up.

Regardless, it's impossible to impregnate a futa who has testicles in any shape or form, as far as I know. Unless you have two sets of sexual organs, the ovaries become testicles in the womb when gender is being decided.
