It's probably got something to do with humiliation. For instance:
You see this picture and regardless of the plot, your mind tells you, these girls are your's for the taking. But despite beeing "physically" so close to them, Ryoga (especially P-chan) is so hopelessly far away from that. Unconsciously, you classify him as no threat and that makes you an alpha male, I guess. So you can feel good about yourself, for a second, duh...

Anon #2; are you confusing fanfic for canon or something? The only time Ryoga tries anything that could be considered rape is when he tried to tag Akane with the magic fishing pole to get her to love him and got Ranma's girl-form instead. And other than letting Akane cuddle his pig form I can't think of anything that would count as molestation.

P-chan is one of Ranma 1/2's mascots, akin to pikachu for pokemon. Japan likes cute things, piglets are ostensibly cute, of course he shows up everywhere
