Because he isn't a full time artist perhaps? He said he doesn't have much free time to make these, he only makes this as a hobby. That also explain why he rarely updates on new work. But yeah, people sure likes his work, so what's wrong with that?

That's why most artists try to sell their doujin somewhere. It's not something you just can do if you have little free time to draw. So yes, we could be glad Terufuu takes some of his own to create and deliver these pics. But apparently there's alway someone who feel the need to complain about anything.
