My "shot in the dark" guess may be that some little girls in Japan have certain backpacks based on what school they go to.

I'm guessing the artist got his inspiration from a local school or something, but decided to hide that before posting. I dunno.

It's an Identity Censor made to give the feel of an actual photo by a stalker. The date stamp is either of when the image was made, or just of a date that's relevant to real seasons.
