The thing that gets me about kiki is in the novel adaptation she is raped and killed by zeon and the description is ridiculously sexual and hot. it made for a good fap at least.

I'm guessing that was written by Tomino? who also had Amuro die from a stray Rick-Dom shot at the Battle of A Baoa Qu.

They don't call him "Kill 'em all" for nothing.

I more than slightly prefer the Anime ending, in both cases.
