Its from a U-Me Soft production way back from the mid 90s...

Yu-Gi-Oh is pretty close... like a year or two afterwards.

On a side note... I'm fucking amazed that U-Me Soft is still making shit to this day...

In terms of Eroge and adult oriented games, not a lot of companies from back then are still around now. At least not that I know of.
Alicesoft is pretty old too.
