Depends on the author. Most of the old fluff stated that Human and Eldar look attractive to each other.

Ryuko = Rogue Sororita (think Ephrael Stern)
Senketsu/Junketsu = Power Armor with a daemon for a Machine Spirit
Satsuki = Planetary Governor
Ragyo = Chaos Lord, most likely of the Slaanesh kind
