This is an interesting idea, but I'm gonna be upset if it's some kind of Pikachu exclusive thing. I wanna be able to put outfits like this on other pokemon too.

It most likely is exclusive, as they would have to put in a lot more work to make the sprites fit for each pokemon. I'm not really bothered by this all too much because I personally think the outfits don't look that good. Interesting idea, though.

New Update: The cosplay IS exclusive to pikachu, but not just any pikachu. You apparently get the only one that can cosplay by competing in your first contest.
