Not much, I think artist forgot that hands have curvature as natural pose and cause of that he decided not to draw the rest of the fingers as they would be covered by the others we see here, ending in a poor result.
But really such a minor mistake is nothing compared with the quality of the art and can be easily edited by the artist in less than 20 minutes pretty much 10/10 work so nothing to complain about it.
