Because it was not about families this time, it was about evolution of our old Team 7. Since, from that team, Boruto embodies only Naruto while Sarada embodies both her parents, makes sense there's only 2 children. While we do have a clue about the future third team member, he's still unrelated to the old team and that's why he's not here.

As for the pic i spot a mistake regarding Naruto's arm prothese not being banded, but it's still a god damn excellent pic overall. New entry in my favorites. :)

MyPitah. He doesn't have to wear the bandages anymore, he just continues to because apparently they are comfortable or something. His Hashirama-cell arm looks like a normal arm now.
