He does some pretty crazy stuff in this "Juri vs Nash" video
Besides, these are just animations for a 2D game called MUGEN. The game has limitations and other positions are quite difficult.
People are still waiting for a more experienced programmer to come along in the "hentai mugen" part of the community and innovate. Unfortunately the "hentai mugen" community is dying. So I thank god that he exists.
The "real" mugen community don't want anything to do with us so no, he can't just ask for help.
