MKz... I know this may come as a shock to you, but... you can pierce inverted nipples. There's not a Bag of Holding in that gap. Hell, inverted nipples often briefly become 'normal'

Also, nipple plugs don't exist. It's a stupid idea. They will not create enough suction to hold in anything but the tiniest, stickiest of objects.

Also, just checked the source pixiv picture, and its not tagged with piercing there as well (normally it would), so that at the very least suggest there's no piercing going on... Removing piercing tag.
