I'm all for endurance torture, but 300 km seems like a bit much. If she keeps minimum speed, which I'm assuming she would want to do so, of 15 km/h, she'll have to be pedaling for 20 hours straight. I guess that's why hentai is a thing, though. No way a real human could do that without passing out.

But hey, when the fire's catching up to you, you're liable to believe that superhuman feats could be your way out. Keep in mind that that's the psychological state that she's in."
So yeah, it wasn't meant to be impossible, but it doesn't really matter that it is. She's going to be pedalling as if her life depended on it either way.

いけそうでいけない感じにしたかったんですが160くらいにしとくべきでした。
まぁ火事場など追いつめられた状況下では人間不可能な事が活路に思えてしまうらしいですから

ヴ, the text in purple that you're talking about is just an onomatopoeia, tbh. Basically it's just the sound the machine makes, quite literally "vu". (It's a character specifically used for foreign words, even though the whole of Katakana is mostly for foreign words, specifically because "vu" isn't in any native Japanese words themselves.)
Basically, it's the machine making noises like exercise machines might.

ヴ, the text in purple that you're talking about is just an onomatopoeia, tbh. Basically it's just the sound the machine makes, quite literally "vu". (It's a character specifically used for foreign words, even though the whole of Katakana is mostly for foreign words, specifically because "vu" isn't in any native Japanese words themselves.)
Basically, it's the machine making noises like exercise machines might.

I like this, although it seems to be missing some staple elements from ronofu's scenarios (especially when there's a creapie penalty) that I think would make it even better.
I would add something like the following:
A second room attached to the one she's in that has all the usual amenities like food, toilet, shower, etc, plus a birth control pill in a box sitting on a small trapdoor. The door to this room can be left open because she can't access it until she's released from the bike anyway, but the door leading outside is locked.
An auxiliary battery that takes over and powers the semen pump and vibrators on max whenever she drops below the specified speed. The battery has enough power to last for 4 hours of continuous use, but when it drops below 0.5% charge it sends a signal that simultaneously releases the girl and causes the pill to drop through the trap door. Regardless of whether she completes the challenge or not, the door leading outside will not unlock until 72 hours after she is released from the bike.
All of the rules would be explained before the challenge starts, but the only information the bike displays is her current speed and distance traveled. She can stop pedaling to "rest" for just under 4 hours total during the challenge and still get the pill if she pedals the required distance, but if she rests too much all her work will be for nothing. Alternatively she can give up at any point and just endure the vibrators on max power and getting creampied until the battery runs out but she will lose the pill. Either way, she has no way to tell how much time has passed or how much charge the auxiliary battery has left.
