Finally got to translating this one...
Artist commentary:


"This has absolutely no relation to a certain manga about motorbikes. Though there's no relation, I think the name was Hang-On..."

The title is a pun. The machine she's on is based on the "Hang-On" arcade game, which you could control with faux-motorcycle. Furthermore, the manga that this image has totally no relation to is called 'Bakuon!!'. The title of this piece, 'Vibe-on' is a reference to both of these. I translated it as Bang-on to make the joke work better in English.

Fun fact: this is the only predicament bondage type image of this artist that does not feature an original character. Instead, the girl is Suzunoki Rin, from the Bakuon!! series. Or at least, she's heavily implied to be.

I certainly hope the girl is getting paid a hefty sum for risking herself being shocked, impregnated and humiliated online. It would be very unfortunate if this was simply some kind of revenge scenario staged against her. She looks very young and quite innocent.
