This one was posted on Twitter and the other was posted on the artists Pixiv.

Twitter has a way of compressing the images that always reduces the overall image quality of a picture, so this one isn't as good.

Maybe it LOOKS like it's the same, but saving both and looking at the file sizes and messing around with them in an image making software you'd be able to pick out the differences, like file sizes or compression artifacts, etc...
