I'm not an armpit fetishist, I too have noticed that armpit fetish artists tend to put a lot of detail and concaves, which has mixed results.

You have to put some detail in there or else it's hard to draw attention to the armpits instead of the face or the tits.
But yeah, it's a bit hit-or-miss.
