Basically all the DLC that you can spend actually money for in DOAX3 is costumes. The game's in no way incomplete or anything without the DLC, unlike some games. And you can also purchase it with the in game currency, instead of real cash. I don't see what the problem is. Nobody makes you buy it.

It's pure greed and even if you just like ONE girl the fact that there is nearly $1,000 of DLC is an incredibly tacky thing for a game company to do. They are milking this series harder than most other series ever get milked-- the fetish DLC (which is most of the DLC in general) should be proof enough. This is a fighting game, or at least it was at one time.

Tasteless is pretty subjective. If the existence of so much DLC offends you, well, that's your right, I guess. Personally, so long as I don't have to buy it to make the game whole, I couldn't care less how much paid DLC gets released. Also, Team Ninja's a business, and they make games for the sole purpose of turning a profit. If people are willing keep paying for it, they're going to keep creating it, and I for one can't blame them. You and others may think it's tacky, bit it's not hurting anything.
