I don't think they will bring Pyrrha back. She was the Pyrrhic Victory. Cinder was defeated, but the school was lost and Pyrrha is gone.
It motivates Juane to improve himself, to not rely on her anymore. It really cemented the shift from the shows bubbly, light hearted attitude to the dark and depressing show we have now. Pyrrha's death is permanent, we will never be able to bring her back even if they beat Salem and rebuild the school Pyrrha is gone.
