Her shirt isn't exactly wrong, but then again, Ruby has never been truly alone. Strength by itself will only get you so far, if you know when, where and how to direct it, you'reward all set.

It's also a reference to her monologue in the first episode ("There will be no victory in strength"), as well as one of the lines in her theme song "Divide" ("Strength will not bring victory!")
