Sheesh, theres noo 'Flannery' tags anywhere around here...
Bit easier to use the actual name for the character than tagging every last feature of said character's appearance. Well anyways, just letting everybody know, that this "Red-Haired Pokemon Gym Leader" is known as Flannery in both the games and the anime. Ill add whatever tags I get around to, the rest are up to you!

It's because of the sheer number of Pokemon whose names we'd need to keep track of. Also, a lot of Japanese Pokemon names are literally just regular English words. Kakuna = Cocoon, Pidgeotto = Pidgeon, Sandshrew = Sand, etc. Many of these English words are in use as general tags. "Ghost" is definitely important enough of a general tag to have priority over being used for Haunter. Since that's Haunter's Japanese name. "Ghost".
