Patreon is largely about meeting deadlines it seems, at the expense of health or quality they usually just try to complete the pieces. Not to say artists' work always suffers from it, there'll just be less quality assurance overall, I guess.
Also, when you make so many pieces you don't wanna stay long on one. Some artists would update a piece or two later.
