I mean... She could have breast implants. And so could the other girls. Who knows? Nearly all of them have exceptionally large breasts. Since it's a world of magic, maybe they use magical procedures to enhance and enlarge breasts that doesn't leave scarring, rather than the typical fashion that would be used in our world.

But in this case, it's a scar from her wound, and whether the females of the FT world have breast implants is another story and a discussion for another day.
