I find it interesting the way this artist varies the way they write certain things, especially 男 (otoko man, male) and 男の娘 (otokonoko effeminate boy, crossdresser)/男の子 (otokonoko boy). Sometimes they use kanji (considered masculine), sometimes katakana (considered gender neutral) and sometimes hiragana (considered feminine). Sometimes they use a mix of kana like 男ノコ, I assume to emphasize the masculinity, or おとこの娘, to emphasize femininity, 娘 (musume but read as ko ) meaning daughter or girl/young woman.
I've noticed this before with artists or others using different variations on 男 and 男の娘, perhaps to sort of differentiate between gender identities all lumped under the 男の娘 label.
