As far as I can tell, this is one of the few predicaments that doesn't have a "loss" condition, just being imprisoned until she can finish the task of licking the boy's dick enough to reveal the numbers. Kinda glad it isn't another "get knocked up and can't leave for 72 hours" predicament.

But I was thinking that some kind of punishment if he cums would make sense. An especially devious idea I had was something along the lines of, he's told that if he cums, he's rewarded somehow (perhaps told he can only go free after he cums, or that he'll get to know who's playing with him).
