Your pun doesn't make sense. You don't DE-flour bread... Unless it's that gross gluten free "bread" (tastes like recycled cardboard and ground up pennies), which is not bread, that doesn't use flour. Pretty much is bread 'alternative' <think tofu, gelatin molded meats, and spray insulation foods is to real meat (yes these are real)> that doesn't spoil quickly. McDonald's buns are an example.
