She'd be in the death krops of krieg if it just were her outfit. But mentally she isn't a Kriegsman. And just to be nice "Self Aware AI" aren't considered Heresy by the imperium Empire. It'd be expensive to replace parts of her. But krieg has that covered with it's resources it gets that builds it's armies. She requires other Dolls to support her, again Krieg would potentially have the equipment and blueprints to build more dolls, And because they are a war planet. It'd be necessary to have resources at all times and keep the important workers/soldiers Alive for effectiveness. The reproductive parts would probably be kept (If dolls even had it anyway) for the kriegsman to reproduce without the need for women. But they'd keep the women for the work in the factory. Dolls have been shown to work but it's their personalities that get in the way of work. You see Krieg doesn't like personalities other then those within the officer ranks or workers in the factorys. Maintained just for a battle or reproductive element doesnt seem that likely for Krieg to spend special resources towards dolls. So yes I could potentially see Dolls in Warhammer 40K. But it would be deemed as heresy within the lore.
