Damn it, I wish we could edit our comments, that wasn't very clear of me.

When it loads, rightclick it and selct 'play'. If you don't do that, the view control panel won't appear. I don't know why the guy decided to be tricky with that one. There's lots of other loli flash games in the Gallery tab on that site.
