Chances are the captor has told the friends the same thing, so there are two rooms set up like this

Should it have the incest tag since they're (half) sisters? Or does the fact they aren't actually directly having sex cancel that out? Because there are "innocent" SFW images that are still tagged incest, so I feel it applies here.
