I'm surprised no one didn't mentioned it. In the manga Kanna was actually naked in bed, which justified Kobayashi's reaction, but here in the anime she's fully clothed which doesn't make any sense why Kobayashi freaking out over seemingly nothing unless you understood the original scenario.

Don't think i would've been able to cointain myself with either Ilulu forcing herself onto me, Tohru being just out of the shower and getting naked in front of me, offering herself, or that new information of a naked Kanna sleeping right next to me
